What Is PSYPACT?
The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) is an agreement between participating U.S. states that lets licensed psychologists provide telehealth services across state lines.
For clients, PSYPACT means:
- Continued access to care even if you relocate or travel
- Consistent licensing and ethical standards across participating states
- Access to a qualified psychologist even if there isn’t one near you
