Kate Hill, M.A., LPC

Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from UNT and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University. With 16 years of teaching experience, she brings a deep understanding of student and family challenges to her therapeutic work.

Kate addresses various mental health issues, specializing in depression, complex trauma, personality disorders, grief, anxiety, family conflict, self-esteem, shame, behavioral issues, chronic pain and anger management.

Kate employs diverse treatment approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, narrative, internal family systems, art, play therapy, and is EMDR trained. Emphasizing the importance of a therapeutic alliance, she creates a safe space for clients, aiming to empower them to access inner strengths and achieve positive change.
