Flynn is currently working toward a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at East Texas A&M University. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from West Texas A&M University, which inspired her to pursue counseling and helping others navigate difficult life experiences.

Flynn has a deep understanding of how trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and other challenges can affect individuals and families. She is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults. Flynn values creating a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Her goal is to help clients build coping skills, resilience, and confidence while supporting them throughout their healing journey. She believes that everyone has unique life experiences and therefore uses a person-centered approach, focusing on each individual’s story and strengths.
