My priority is to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where individuals can receive support and the tools needed to encourage positive change in their lives. While I am a family practitioner who offers services to all ages, I am slowly transitioning my expertise towards working primarily with older adolescents and adults.  I enjoy working with college students as they navigate a whole new world of responsibility and autonomy. I support individuals with anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment, and stress.

I am genuinely passionate about guiding individuals on their path to self-discovery, personal growth, and overall well-being. Understanding the unique challenges that young adults and adults face, and with 16 years of experience, I have honed my skills to address their specific needs with empathy and understanding.
