Bailey has a Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of North Texas. She received her license as a Professional Counselor in the State of Texas in 2007. Her priority is to create a safe and non judgmental environment for individuals and families come to receive support and the tools to evoke positive change in their lives. She is a family practitioner and offers services to all ages to treat mental health issues including anxiety and depression. With 12 years experience as a counselor, she is comfortable providing a unique approach with each client to best fit their needs.

She is skilled at working with adults to help them find tools to improve their symptoms, communication, problem solving, and relationships utilizing dialectical behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. Her specialization with children and adolescents involves working within their developmental abilities utilizing family systems approach and play/activity therapy.

She is trained in Child Parent Relationship Training. The goal of CPRT is to strengthen the quality of the parent-child bond as a means of reducing child behavior problems and stress in the parent-child relationship. She offers CPRT both individually and in a group setting.
